Beata Zygarlowska

Senior Architect

Beata is a Danish architect and also an RIBA Conservation Architect. She has practiced in Denmark, London and the South East of England.

She studied Architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, and Environmental Design at the University of Cambridge.

Beata has experience in all the RIBA work stages. Her main areas of interest are in environmental design and conservation. She was an RIBA elected member on the Design and Conservation Panel for the Cambridge City Council.

Beata joined us in 2014 after working for another award winning Cambridge architectural practice for 10 years during which time she worked on Cambridge College projects and for private clients. She has been the project lead on many of our heritage projects.

She recently studied psychology to understand how the built environment effects people and how interdisciplinary cooperation can improve architectural decisions.

In her free time, Beata enjoys her passion for photography and art with travel.
