Work has started on the new Sidney Sussex building at Chesterford Research Park.
Our design incorporates renewable sources for ongoing energy needs while each fully fitted wet laboratory suite will include open-plan office areas in the space of 60,000 sq. ft.
Readie Construction Ltd has been appointed main contractor for the works and, once completed, the building will deliver up to ten individual, flexible suites spread over three floors to help meet the growing demand for life science space.
