We are delighted to have been appointed to assist with this exciting community project in Elmswell, Suffolk. Elmswell Community Enterprise has been set up to develop the pub as a wonderful drinking, dining and entertainment venue for local families to enjoy. Alongside the pub development, The Elmswell Community Land Trust will develop part of the site as affordable housing.
We enjoyed dinking a celebratory pint when the pub re-opened on the 30th July as a community pub, and will do again when the re-modelling and extensions are completed.
Alan, who is our/the Project Architect, and his band Red Sky High, played their blues and rock to help launch the opening event.
