Project Details
Refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Georgian house to create individual office suites with shared reception, meeting spaces, break out areas, tea points and new washrooms. The building was suffering from significant damp and water ingress and had not been occupied for a number of years. Works included a Master Plan for the rest of the research park.
