Project Details
BCR were asked to design the 60,000sq/ft flexible office and laboratory building at Chesterford Research Park, which could be split wing by wing and floor by floor for future tenants. When Charles River took on the full building’s tenancy, we worked with them to fully design and detail their laboratory, a write up, office, break out, stores and support spaces. We also helped them with space planning, to select and to procure their office and laboratory loose ‘furniture’.
