Jayne has joined BCR Infinity Architects as a HR Consultant.
Jayne is a qualified chartered CIPD graduate with 26 years of HR experience. She has worked with several companies across different business sectors during this time. Jayne is currently a Human Resources business consultant and has been since 2014.
Jayne has successfully worked with businesses and people to help them achieve company accreditations including Quality Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Cyber Essentials Plus, SSIP's and Investors In People.
Her responsibilities for us at BCR Infinity Architects will be to advise on employee relations, training and development, recruitment, retention, and work place safety. In addition to ensuring company compliance with laws and regulations at all levels and supporting management operations and delivery of strategic objectives.
Jayne likes to spend time with her family and friends, loves travelling, is a keen gardener and enjoys long walks with her dog.
