Project Details
The Parkside project comprises of a conversion and a refurbishment of a Grade II Listed existing town house with Parker’s Piece frontage within the Cambridge Conservation Area. To the rear, the site was developed with mews style units and a courtyard garden. A full new basement was provided whilst retaining the main building superstructure above. As part of this project, BCR designed a continuation of these apartments to form a new mews.
