New dwelling in the garden of Great Green Farmhouse located in an Area of Visual or Recreational Amenity. The scheme was approached and was seen to make a positive contribution to the character of the area.
The 3 bedroom dwelling provides a contrast to the neighbouring dwellings with a contemporary take on traditional vernacular detailing.
