BCR were asked to help the contractor resolve the numerous issues on this property following the previous architect and contractor stopping before the project had been completed. The house is a listed property, within a central London conservation area and had suffered from aggressive demolition works and stripping out without planning permissions being fully co-ordinated and resolved.
We undertook a detailed analysis of the previous, and numerous, planning and building correspondence, applications and permissions to establish how these related to the client’s original brief and vision for their home. We worked closely with the Planners, Building Control, contractor and design team to bring the project back on track and to our client’s satisfaction.
